We advise the CEO and ELT on aligning the organization to deploy the strategy.
Your board. Sustaining strong relationships with your board is key. It starts with ensuring role clarity between the board and your ELT and defining how to work together to create greater value.
Level 2 leaders. The seam between your ELT and your L2 leaders is where many “good” strategies can stall out. Keeping your ELT and L2 leaders aligned around the ‘why, what and how’ of your strategy is essential.
Having worked with executive teams on strategy deployment for 25 years, we can advise you on how to strengthen alignment with L2 leaders, set up early signal detection that monitors effective strategy deployment; and provide actions to be responsive to the challenges of strategy deployment as they appear.
