Ulrich Nettesheim

Founder and Managing Partner Ulrich Nettesheim is a highly regarded executive coach and trusted advisor to CEOs, their executive teams, Board Chairs and the Operating Partners of PE firms.
As a former recruited college athlete and ex-rock climber, Ulrich integrates approaches from professional team sports into his executive coaching and team performance coaching.
Prior to his leadership consulting career of 25+ years, he served as a Head of Strategy for the USC Medical Center. Ulrich was also a guest lecturer at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business for 7 years.
Ulrich has served on boards, been an angel investor and continues to be a reviewer for the California Management Review.
He completed his graduate studies at Columbia University (B-School + Org Psych).
Ulrich is certified in Leadership Circle Profile, Squadify, Tilt365, Agility Growth Tracker and Immunity to Change mapping.
Ulrich is a European dual-citizen, a soccer and basketball fanatic, proud father of two young men, loves to travel, discover great restaurants and play the drums.
Onno Koelman

Onno works with his clients to expand their leadership capacities across multiple dimensions – people, culture, systems, and strategy.
An NCAA D1 championship athlete (Stanford water polo) and citizen of three nations, he pushes his clients to be their best, and is comfortable in a wide variety of business and cultural contexts.
A gifted executive coach, educator, trainer and facilitator, Onno has delivered at all levels within organizations over the past 15 years, and now concentrates his impact mostly on senior leadership, while retaining empathy and first-hand knowledge about what works on the front lines.
Onno was engineer #1 at his first start-up (which he co-led toward a successful exit), and then co-founded two consultancies when he entered the leadership consulting space.
Onno is certified in the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) and the team performance assessment: Squadify. He’s trained extensively in the Harvard affiliated Immunity to Change, Growth edge Coaching, and Transforming Paradigms methodologies.
Onno is a husband of 15 years, father to two young kiddos, avid tennis player & fan, former musician and keen steward of our beloved environment.
Stacie Torres

Stacie guides CEOs and their executive teams to work better together to achieve breakthrough business results. She works 1:1 with CEOs and senior leaders to create powerful team experiences that reduce interpersonal drama, stress and re-build trust.
Measurement of behavioral change and bottom-line impact while having lots of fun in learning are hallmarks of her work.
Along with her executive coaching experience, her approach to leadership development is also informed by her training in theatre, dance, and public speaking. She also has over 300 hours’ of training as a yoga teacher.
As a lifelong learner who has raised two incredible young men, you will find Stacie enjoying live music, theatre, and dancing to a variety of tribute band genres.
Stacie graduated with a Psychology degree with honors from Furman University and studied Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the PhD-level.
Stacie is certified in The Leadership Circle and the Executive Presence Leadership Assessment. She is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation.
Bill Pasmore

Bill helps companies select and develop their next CEOs, build highly effective executive teams, and create organizations where people and ideas flourish. In recognition of his many contributions to the field, he was awarded the Organization Development Network’s lifetime achievement award.
He loves to write and has shared his insights in thirty books and numerous articles, including Advanced Consulting, Leading Continuous Change, Braided Organizations, Designing Effective Organizations, and Creating Strategic Change. More recently, he has started a Substack column entitled “C-Suite Success” aimed at providing practical advice on a broad range of topics to leaders and board members in a bite-sized format.
When Bill isn’t consulting or teaching in his role as a professor of practice at Columbia, he enjoys flying, golf, tennis, sailing, or riding a motorcycle to someplace where he can hike and spend time in nature. His two daughters work in consulting as well and love to travel the world whenever they get the chance.
Bill holds a BS in Aeronautical Engineering/Industrial Management and a Ph.D. in Administrative Sciences, both from Purdue University.
